The Speakers
Timothy G. Standish
Timothy G. Standish was born in Sydney, Australia, but spent much of his childhood in various Asian countries and England.
After completing a BS and MS in biology, he earned a Ph.D. in environmental biology and public policy at George Mason University, Virginia. As an educator Dr. Standish has taught in colleges and universities in the United States, South Africa, Nigeria, Austria, Kenya and the Philippines. He has authored many academic and popular papers dealing with faith and science.
Dr. Standish currently holds a research appointment at the Geoscience Research Institute in Loma Linda, California.
Ron E. M. Clouzet
Ron E. M. Clouzet is Professor of Christian Ministry and Pastoral Theology at Andrews University, in Michigan. He is also Director of the North American Division Evangelism Institute, and the founder of H.O.P.E. University.
He earned a D.Min. degree from Fuller Theological Seminary, in Pasadena, California, and is completing a Th.D. degree in Systematic Theology from the University of South Africa.
Dr. Clouzet was born and raised in Buenos Aires, Argentina, and has traveled to 54 countries in six continents. He has lectured extensively on biblical issues and topics, sometimes along with scientists, and has written a number of articles as well as books on ministry and theology.
